We aim to despatch your purchase within 3-5 working days although at busy times this may take slightly longer. Where this is the case we will email you and confirm expected delivery times.

Postage & Packing

Please note if you are purchasing outside of the UK your purchase may be subject to customs and import duties. You will have to check what these are as they are not within our control.

No Quibble Returns Policy

We hope that you will be pleased with your purchase but if you are not then we are happy to provide a refund/exchange your order. Please return the products undamaged and in their original packaging within 14 days to 39 Alexandra Road, Sale, M33 3EF.  We aim to process refunds/exchanges within 5 working days.

Please note that we are unable to offer a returns policy on bespoke made items.

Please ensure you return the unwanted items using special delivery as we cannot be held responsible for items which become lost in the post. We are sorry but we cannot refund postage and packing costs.
